O Allah in Your name, I die and I live.
BENEFIT AND VIRTUE
Hudhaifa رضي الله عنه narrated:“The Prophet ﷺ went to bed, he would say this Dua.”

Alhamdulillah hil’ladhi ah’yaana ba’damaa amaa’tanaa wa ilay’hin nushoor
All praise be to Allah, who gave us life after death (sleep is a form of death) and to Him will we be raised and returned.
Hudhaifa رضي الله عنه narrated:“When the Prophet ﷺ got up, he would say this Dua.”

Bismillah;Allahumma innee A’oodhu-bika minal khubu’thi wal khaba’ith.
In the name of Allah. O Allah I seek refuge in You from the male female evil and Jinn’s.
Narrated by Anas bin Malik رضي الله عنه:“Whenever the Prophet ﷺ went to the lavatory, he used to say this Dua.”

Narrated by Zayd Ibn Arqam رضي الله عنه, The Prophet ﷺ said:“These toilets are haunted (inhabited by devils) so when anyone of you goes to the toilet let him say this Dua.”

Narrated by that Aisha رضي الله عنه: “When the Prophet ﷺ exited the toilet, he used to say Ghufraanak.”
Leave the toilet with right foot first.
